FIRST TIME ENTERING RELYON E-LEARNING COURSES?

In case of any questions about your e-learning experience, you can find our most asked questions here below. Hopefully, this FAQ can assist you and ease your e-learning journey. MY COURSES & LOG IN

WHERE CAN I FIND MY E-LEARNING COURSES?

To enter your e-learning, you have a unique Student Portal where you can find information about all your courses. Please note that the Student Portal is not compatible with the browsers Safari and Firefox.

  1. Username: your email address
  2. Password: If you cannot locate your password please click “Forgot your password?” and you will receive a temporary password in a separate email.

You can find access to the e-learning module(s) in the top menu “e-learning”. The e-learning module(s) is available from 28 days prior to the practical attendance training. Our e-learning programs are heavy to run so for a better learning experience please make sure to use a computer and have a stable internet connection.

GWO WINDA ID

WHAT DOES GWO WINDA ID MEANS?

GWO requires a valid WINDA ID to generate GWO certificates. If you do not have a WINDA ID you can create one by using the following link: GWO Profile Registration.

You need to insert your GWO WINDA ID before you can open your GWO e-learning course (first time only).

FIRST TIME LOG IN

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE "ACCESS DENIED"?

First time you login you are asked to create a new password. If you receive “Access Denied” after this change, please press on the link: “Sign in with other account”, and insert your email and your newly created password. You should get access afterwards.

ACCOUNT ACCESS

THE STUDENT PORTAL CANNOT FIND MY ACCOUNT?

The e-learning module(s) is available from 28 days prior to the practical attendance training, so if you are a first time user you will not be able to login to the Student Portal before this date. Within the 28 days prior to the practical attendance, please contact us immediately.

COURSE STATUS

QUESTIONS REGARDING COURSE STATUS MESSAGES

I have no “To Dos” when I press “Start Training”?

Please contact us immediately.

My e-learning is still not registered as “completed”?

It is important that you do not close the window before you receive “Congratulations you have completed your course”. If you go back before the last page, the e-learning will not be registered as completed.

My e-learning is shown as “Refresh”

When your e-learning is shown as “Refresh” your course has been completed. You still have access to the training in case you wish to refresh the content on a later date. To refresh the course is, of course, optional.

LANGUAGE SETUP

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHOSE THE WRONG LANGUAGE FOR MY COURSE?

Unfold the upper left menu seen on the images below, and click on "Content Language" and select your flag:
