High Voltage / Low Voltage Trainer and Assessor

RelyOn is creating a global electrical training capability to service the renewable generation, oil and gas, and transmission, distribution industries. Our goal is to support our existing and new clients in quality training that develops and maintains essential high voltage and low voltage electrical skills and safe operating procedures.

RelyOn Denmark is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Voltage Trainer and Assessor to become a valuable member of our Training Operations team in Esbjerg.

We are looking for an individual with experience in high voltage systems to take on a crucial role within our organisation.

The Position

This position will focus on the delivery of:

1. High & Low Voltage Operator Training and Assessment; and
2. Other Industry related electrical skills training for safety and skills as applicable

The Person

The ideal applicant will have experience in the operation of high voltage networks and/or power generation plant and have a passion for passing on the benefits of your knowledge and experience to new and experienced workers. In addition to training, you may assist in the development of courseware for our wide range of HV customers in the facilities management, oil & gas, maritime and renewable energy sectors. 

Ideally, you will have:

1. Experience in delivering training, assessment and mentoring for High Voltage operations
2. Trade or engineering qualifications relevant to high voltage plant.
3. Hands on experience with the operation of high voltage plant.
4. Held switching authorisations would be advantageous.
5. Excellent verbal and organisational skills. 
6. Proficiency in both independent work and teamwork.
7. Excellent document writing skills.
8. Proficient in English.
9. Focus on safety.
10. Ability to travel.
